TECS was founded in 2015 by rail professionals who experienced first-hand the limitations of engineering support in Tier 1 organisations. We launched with a clear focus on supplying highly skilled and reliable engineering and project staff — a capability that continues to form a core part of our business.

We have since evolved into a fully multidisciplinary Rail and Civil Engineering company, delivering complete project solutions across the full lifecycle, from surveys and design to construction, monitoring, and handover. By combining in-house expertise with a hands-on delivery approach, we provide clients with technically robust, safe, and dependable outcomes — helping them achieve projects on time and within budget.
